For us the goal is to control the entire process to guarantee quality and delivery times to customers, but also to provide new solutions to problems that initially seemed insurmountable. In particular, we have manufacturing skills on 5 different construction technologies (removal, deformation, laser cutting, engraving and addition on metals) which we use individually or in a coordinated manner to achieve the objective.
The main variables are customer satisfaction, understood as the ability to find a solution, and the speed of execution of the process. We have a very careful and rapid customer management process, from design to delivery. Each Customer is followed by a project manager who, in addition to supervising the phases, maintains contact with the Customer and the history of the works, in order to facilitate both reorders and incremental product innovations.
It is also important for us to work as a team, both internally and with our partners in the supply chain; what we do is also possible thanks to them and for this reason we respect and care for the companies that revolve around us; and it is thanks to the quality of the relationships that we manage to have the execution times that distinguish us.
